Combining clinical expertise, hands-on treatment, targeted rehabilitation and education to help restore confidence, regain strength and enable you to return to the activities that matter to you the most.
The Physio Rooms is the clinical core of Origin Health, and it carries the practice name Amanda has run in London and Essex for years.
It covers musculoskeletal physiotherapy in full: a 60-minute first assessment, manual therapy, progressive exercise rehabilitation, and the clear explanation that turns a frustrating problem into a plan you understand. Alongside general MSK care it holds the specialist strands Amanda trained in: post-operative rehabilitation, post-natal and women’s health physiotherapy, paediatric musculoskeletal care, Western medical acupuncture and clinical Pilates.
This is where most people start. Where the problem turns out to need soft tissue maintenance, objective strength testing or golf-specific work, the other strands are in the same building with the same team.

What does The Physio Rooms treat?

Is The Physio Rooms a separate business from Origin Health?
No. Origin Health is the practice, and The Physio Rooms is its physiotherapy strand. You are seen by the same team, with one record and one plan, whichever strand you arrive through or move into.
How much does an appointment cost?
An initial consultation is £120 for 60 minutes including your assessment and treatment plan. Follow-ups are £95 for 60 minutes or £75 for 30 minutes, with manual therapy, acupuncture and exercise rehabilitation included as appropriate.
